Balder

Balder is a God in Norse Mythology associated with light, beauty, love and happiness. He is the son of Odin and Frigg, and married to Nanna. He lives in Breidablikk (The place with a view) and has the prettiest ship, Ringhorne, which he eventually was buried in. He is said to have been a mild and kind God, almost too good for this world. Balder was killed by Loke and and his death is the best sign that the end is near.
